deferRender option and rows api selector-modifie

Hello,

I am looking through the new 1.10 documentation to understand if I can use deferred rendering and still be able use the rows API to get the currently searched/filtered rows in sorted order. I believe this was not possible with the 1.9.4 version as the selector API needed the rows to be rendered...
