Can I change the text size that appears when using Ellipsis?

The popup text is very small and difficult for me to see. I would like to be able to control the text size. thank you.

It just uses the browser's built in tooltip (from a title attribute). It doesn't provide its own tooltip mechanism and as such (as far as I am aware) there isn't a way to style the tooltip with CSS (since it is native to the browser). Sorry. Changing that would mean adding a Javascript controlled tooltip to the ellipsis plugin.
