Is this thing resolved or export to excel is fast in latest version
I saw this question here. Is there any improvement done on this?

No - there isn't a worker version of the Excel export yet I'm afraid. It is open source though, so you could add it or sponsor the addition.
Sorry I don't have better news - it is on our list.
