Twitter Bootstrap CSS conflicting with jQuery themeroller for dataTables

Hi I have a site styled with Twitter Bootstrap but I want to use either a default dataTables theme or a jQuery themeroller them. There seems to be conflicting CSS here as when I render my dataTable the input elements eg. The search and show number entries inputs look all big and chunky from the twitter CSS. Is there any way to stop this or is this just a side effect of using different theme files?

Thanks

What order in which the css is used? If themeroller is used as the last css link, then themeroller css styling should be in effect. If not can you not override with your css styling?

Yeah themeroller is the last CSS link but it still shows the twitter styles on the input elements :(
