Change Column width

Hi All,

Can someone help me sort this little problem, I have a table with 5 columns, and I want to reduce the width of one of the columns.

I have had a good look but cannot find what specifically I need to do.

How would I go about this?

Can I just add that I am using column filtering, which I think is making it more difficult.
