Forum upgrade

Hi all,

Just a quick note to say that the forum software was updated today to the latest and greatest Vanilla 2.2. Generally you should see no changes as I've kept the forum configuration basically the same, but I have made some improvements to the Markdown support - you don't need two spaces at the end of a line to have a line break any more and code highlighting should be improved.

If you run into any issues, please do let me know.
