Header alignment issue with scroll x

I'm having an issue with header alignments whilst using scroll x

On my desktop browsers, it works fine (safari, Chrome & Firefox). When i resize the browser to tablet form, it works fine.

However, when i load the page on a tablet (ipad 5), the top header doesn't match the grid below. This only happens when i split the header into two rows. with one row, it works fine on the tablet
