save scroller position on redraw

I like to redraw a table with the scroller extension using [code]dataTable().fnDraw(false)[/code]. The problem is that the scroller position resets to 0 even with the parameter false.

Is there another method to redraw the table. In version 1.9.4 the redraw works as expected.
